  • Rewards Program Policy

    Welcome to the Luv You More™ Rewards Program—our way of saying thank you for spreading love, showing up, and choosing more for yourself. This program lets you earn points for every action that supports your skin, your energy, and this growing community.

    Earning Points

    Here’s how you can earn More™ Points:

    • Join the program → 500 points

    • Leave a product review → 500 points

    • Comment on our blog → 300 points

    • Comment on our social post → 200 points

    • Tag More™ in your social post → 500 points

    • Follow More™ on social media → 100 points per platform

    • Upload your More™ (pics/videos, before & afters, etc.) → 300 points per product

    • Birthday gift → 500 points (with your birthday on file)

    Point Value & Redemption

    • You earn 1 point for every $5 spent on eligible purchases

    • 100 points = $1 toward a future order

    • Points can be redeemed at checkout on qualifying purchases

    Monthly Activity Limits

    To keep things fair and rewarding, some point-earning actions have a monthly maximum:

    • 1 review per product per lifetime

    • 1 blog comment per month

    • 2 social post comments per month

    • 1 social post tag per month

    • 1 upload per product per month

    • No monthly limit on social media follows (1x per platform)

    Engagement that exceeds these monthly limits will not roll over to future months.

    Additional Terms

    • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value

    • Points expire after 3 months of account inactivity

    • More™ reserves the right to adjust points, earning methods, redemption value, limits, or any other program details at any time without notice

    • Fraudulent or spam activity will result in point removal or program suspension

  • Refund & Return Policy

    We want you to love More™. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


    Due to the Nature of Our Products

    All of our goods are handmade and made-to-order in small batches. Because of this (and for hygiene reasons), all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective, in which case there is a 15-day post-purchase window.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your product arrives broken or otherwise unusable:

    •  Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luvmore.co

    • Include your order number and/or receipt number, and a clear photo of the issue

    We’ll happily send a replacement or issue store credit.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier (via Shippo and USPS/UPS). If your package is marked “delivered” but is missing:

    • Check with neighbors or your local post office first

    • If unresolved, email us and we’ll do our best to help

    • We may file a claim or offer a one-time replacement (case by case)

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have an issue, email us—we’re here to make it right.​

    Cancellations

    We cannot cancel orders once they’re placed, as we begin preparing your items immediately to ensure freshness.​

    At More™, we believe care shouldn’t come with extra complications—or shipping fees. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from our hands to yours.


    Always Free Shipping (U.S. Only)

    We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders—no codes, no minimums, no surprises.

    • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage

    • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

    • Fulfilled and shipped from Los Angeles, CA

    Expedited & Priority Shipping Options

    Need your More™ a little faster?
    We’re working on adding 2-Day and 1-Day Expedited Shipping options for U.S. customers.

    • These options will be available at checkout

    • Shipping charges for faster delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service

    International Shipping (Coming Soon)

    We’re opening our doors (and jars) to the world—slowly and intentionally.

    • International shipping will be available to select countries based on demand

    • Shipping rates and delivery times will vary and be shown at checkout

    • All international orders will be shipped at the customer’s expense

    • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer

    Order Processing Time & Holidays

    Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, crafted (if applicable), and packaged with love. Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

    • Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.


    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

    Delivery Issues

    More™ is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by USPS or international carriers

    • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

    • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

    If your package goes missing, please reach out—we’ll always do our best to help.

  • Subscription & AutoPay Policy

    When you subscribe to More™, you’re saying yes to consistent care—for your skin, your hair, your energy, and your schedule. Here’s what you need to know when you join the More™ subscription family:

    How Subscriptions Work

    When you subscribe, you agree to receive regular deliveries of your selected product(s) and to be billed automatically each cycle via Wix Stores Subscriptions.

    • Current frequency: Monthly

    • Current discount: $10 off each order (subject to change)

     

    Subscriptions are processed and managed securely through Wix. You can modify your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.

    Auto-Billing Agreement

    By enrolling in a subscription:

    • You authorize automatic recurring payments to your saved payment method

    • Charges will occur on the same day each month, based on your original order date

    • This will continue until you pause or cancel your subscription

    You'll receive a confirmation email for each successful payment.

    Managing Your Subscription

    You can:

    • Pause or skip an order

    • Update your shipping address or payment method

    • Cancel anytime before your next billing date

    Log in to your More™ account to make changes, or email us at [insert email] for support.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds

    Because our products are made-to-order with freshness and care:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged

    • We do not offer refunds on subscription charges that have already been processed or shipped

    • If you cancel after being billed, your cancellation will take effect before the next cycle

    Failed Payments

    If a payment fails:

    • Wix will retry the payment automatically during the 15 day grace period

    • You’ll be notified and asked to update your payment method

    • If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled

    Pricing, Promotions & Changes

    • Your discount or subscription price is valid as long as your subscription is active

    • If we make changes to pricing or frequency, we’ll notify you in advance

    • Discounts may not reapply if you cancel and re-subscribe later

    ✅ Tips on how you use it (e.g. for eczema, hair care, belly balm, etc.)

    What We Don’t Approve

    ❌ Profanity or offensive language
